Our Story

Bola Onabadejo & Company is a reputable professional Estate Surveying firm duly registered by the Federal Government, via the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and recognized as a corporate establishment by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), to provide specialist services in the Estate Surveying and Valuation profession. It’s ambit of operation covers the length and breath of Nigeria.

Bola Onabadejo & Company was established about forty (38) years ago and has rendered blameless, professional services to her numerous clients who are private individuals, corporate bodies, government, and quasi – government organizations all over the country. The firm has experienced tremendous growth which is anchored on professionalism and integrity. It has the Corporate Head Office in Ikeja and other offices in Marina, Abeokuta and Abuja, and Ajah.

Services

Valuation

Bola Onabadejo & CO values Commercial, Recreational, Residential and Industrial properties for all purposes including Balance Sheet, Sales or Purchases, Public Issues, Receiverships, Mortgages, Probate, Compulsory acquisition and Compensation.
Such valuations are usually to provide assessments of Capital Value, Insurance Value and Forced Sale Value.
However, annual values for Rental purposes can also be assessed. All types of properties such as offices, shops, warehouses, factories, depots, Residential houses and flats are dealt with either as owners-occupied or held on investment basis. The firm also specializes in valuation of all types of Plant and Machinery for all purposes. These services are available throughout the country.

Management

The management department of the firm provides a full package of property and facility management services covering all types of properties from single houses to residential estates and from lock-up shops to multi-occupied sky-scrapper offices and commercial buildings. This department collects rents and service charges, accounting to Landlords and Tenants respectively.
The department also ensures the maintenance of properties to prevent deterioration, supervise the cleaning and lighting of common parts, ensure tight security in the property, as well as maintain plants including lifts, air-conditioners etc.
The management department also advises on rental values at revision periods, apportions and collects rates and utility bills and recruit, pay and supervise all property management personnel.

Sale and Purchases

The firm also engages in the sales and purchases of all types of properties. With direct instructions from a client, the firm assists the client to market and sell his/her interest in a property and ensures that the best terms are realized.

Likewise, on instruction from a client to source for property, the firm assists in identifying a suitable property. Negotiations are also carried out to the satisfaction of the client.

Letting and Leases

The firm is very active in the letting or leasing of commercial, industrial and residential properties including vacant sites.
It is able to act for either the landlord or tenant and ensures that clients’ properties are leased out to reputable persons or organizations.

The firm also ensures that leases are properly documented from the legal and financial points of view.

Project Development

The Development Department of Bola Onabadejo & CO guides clients from initial pre-development advice to the completion of the building project through the complexities of consultancy, planning, finance, project management and letting as required.
In particular a full project management service is provided to relieve the developer of day-to-day problems during the construction period.
